Pricing Tiers

At Sillery Landworks, we understand how important it is for projects to stay within budget. We strive to make our services available to all which is why we offer a three-tier pricing schedule.

Mulching

Tier One: Includes basic mulching: light brush and small tree take down (<3" diameter). No removal. This is a "drop it and leave it" service. Rough surface left, suitable for overgrown lots of low-maintenance clearing. Starting at $1,500 an acre.

 

Tier Two: Includes standard mulching: clearing of brush, small to medium trees, mulching trees down to stumps or near-ground level, debris racking into piles. Starting at $2,000 an acre.

Additional Services: On Site Burning if permitted or Hauling

 

Tier Three: Includes complete mulching, small - medium tree take down and removal up to 7" in diameter, root racking, stump grinding where necessary, and preventative treatment for regrowth. Burning is included if permitted. Starting at $3,500 an acre.

Additional Services: Large tree removals, full home site clearing, driveway creation, home site grading. and hauling.

Full Land Clearing

Clear Cutting: Contractors and Builders 

Includes complete take down and mulching of brush and all trees. Burning on site included where permitted. Grading for home site.

Starting at $5,000 an acre.

Additional Services: Foundation digging. Pool digging.

Many things can impact your estimate including, but not limited to, distance, density of forestry, terrain, and accessibility.
